Job Summary: BMR Legal is looking to hire a Admin cum Personal Assistant (PA) for our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative functions, basic court-related tasks, and vendor coordination. This role is critical to supporting the smooth functioning of our office operations and will evolve as the office expands. Key Responsibilities Oversee general administration and upkeep of the Mumbai office. Manage petty cash and maintain office supplies. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members. Monitor and compile daily timesheets. Provide calendar management and task follow-ups to a senior team member. Support with travel scheduling, meeting coordination, and other executive tasks. Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of delegated responsibilities. Assist with basic court-related work such as filings and document submissions. Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers. Support procurement and setup tasks as the office infrastructure grows. Requirements Candidate Requirements The candidate should be open for filed work as well due to the nature of the court and field work. 2–5 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles. Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle tasks independently and take initiative. Willingness to travel locally for court or vendor-related activities. Nice to Have Prior experience in a legal firm or professional services environment. Familiarity with basic operational procedures and documentation.
