Role & responsibilities Managing the logistics for the global travel of experts. Coordinating accommodation details and transportation for experts in overseas locations. Extensive collaboration with international stakeholders. Leading procurement processes and managing the accounting for the activity. Managing relationships with employees from their country of origin until their departure. Providing administrative and strategic support to company management. Managing office operations and daily routines. Assist in recruting professionals via Social Media Preferred candidate profile Experience: At least two years in an operational or administrative role within an international context. Professional Focus: Experience in logistical coordination and booking flights. Experience in managing accommodations and transportation for teams. Significant Advantage: Knowledge in immigration and visa processes. Language: Very high proficiency in English.
