Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Admin Manager to head the Administration Department at GeekyAnts. This is a leadership role with complete ownership of travel management, facility operations, vendor control, asset management, and admin budgeting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while aligning administrative efficiency with business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire Admin team and department, managing daily operations across office facilities. Oversee and optimize domestic and international travel management for employees and leadership. Own facility management including space planning, housekeeping, pantry, and infrastructure readiness. Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, SLAs, and billing cycles across all admin services. Handle procurement of assets, office supplies, branded materials, and IT peripherals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) for onboarding setups, events, and office logistics. Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and government-mandated workplace requirements. Monitor and control admin budgets, reporting monthly expenses to Finance and CEO. Drive timely escalations and resolutions for any administrative disruptions. Represent the Admin department in leadership discussions and planning. Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate in Administration, Operations, or Business Management. 8+ years of experience in office administration, with at least 3+ years leading a team. Prior experience in tech/product/startup environments preferred. Proven leadership in travel, facility, vendor, and event operations. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting abilities. High ownership mindset with structured follow-up and execution. Proficient in Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, procurement & invoicing tools. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
