Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitoring and managing pan India I&S team for smooth operation of offices in order to provide support to business improvement and growth of organization. To execute the above, obtain necessary approval and guidance from management. Preferred candidate profile Ensuring opening of branch offices in time as per management requirements adherence of QMS process. Submitting related MIS to management as and when required. Audit the MIS related to property management so as to ensure the QMS system followed and timely recovery of SD. Adherence of standards of office roll outs. Monitoring the MIS of stationeries, fixed assets (NOT IT), Travel assistance, branch vehicles and submitting to management as and when required. Visiting maximum branches so as to ensure/audit the standards, statutory requirements and friendly environment of offices. Guiding I&S team on cost saving in all aspects. Coordinating with senior management for their requirements and its fulfillments. Interaction with I&S team for the completion of task assigned. Renovation / Shifting of HO/ZO/RO infra. Monitoring and guiding HO I&S team for annual picnic, incentive trips and HO events. Monitoring and guiding HO I&S team for procurement of vouchers/gifts for HR related activity. Monitoring and guiding I&S team in HO/RO/BO level for deployment of HK, OA, Security guards, CCTVs and fire alarm systems. Introducing various web based portal in I&S requirement for easy access to the employees/organization in record management, stay and travel requirement. Obtaining MIS of record management from HO/Regional I&S team and involve to sort out the issue in this connection as and when required. Obtain sustainability data from I&S team and guiding team to reduce carbon footprint. Monitoring and Involving in disposal of branch vehicles and fixed assets. Graduate/MBA/PG with minimum 6 yrs of exp Skills & Knowledge- Ready to travel 15 days in the month Communication Proficient in local language Labor management Easy interaction Product analyzing skill General administration
