Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Maintain various registers, records, and documentation as per company standards. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools for reporting and documentation. Maintain and organize physical and digital files , invoices, attendance sheets, and communication records. Support in coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Engage in client relationship management , addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions. Display logical thinking and initiative in handling queries and operational challenges. Collaborate and work well with staff across departments to build a supportive work environment. Be willing to visit operational centers in Sarjapur, Panathur, and Thubarahalli when required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,686.12 - ₹34,466.37 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Admin: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
