Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, Government Tender works, Quotations, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years of Experience in Government Tenders. -Manage front desk activities, and answering phone calls. - Perform administrative tasks such as Quotation preparation, Mailing and document preparation. - Coordinate meetings & appointments. - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately. - Handle calendar management for executives and team members. Requirements: - Relevant Work Experience of around 5 to 8 years. - MBA Degree is mandatory. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Previous experience in an administrative role. - Team management and Collabrative work culture. - Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. - Experience with clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
