Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Follow up with investors and key stakeholders on commitments, documents, and updates 2. Maintain a structured database of investor communications, ensuring timely responses and next steps 3. Prepare briefing notes for investor meetings and track action points post-meeting 4. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders for critical commitments 5. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper documentation and agenda preparation 6. Send meeting invites, track RSVPs, and follow up with attendees 7. Draft and send emails on behalf of the CEO with professional and concise communication 8. Monitor incoming emails, flag high-priority messages, and ensure timely responses 9. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed 10. Maintain records of company expenses, track accounts, and ensure timely payments 11. Assist in managing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees 12. Track employee performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals 13. Ensure follow-ups on key projects and deliverables within the company 14. Identify bottlenecks in execution and propose solutions for seamless operations 15. Support the CEO in research, analysis, and preparation of key business documents Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or project management 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills 4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools 6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 7.
