Job Description

We are hiring for one of our client. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process: Identify vendors and source quotes Negotiate for the best deals Finalize proposals and recommend PO/WO/AMC processes Follow up on deliveries post-order placement Handle statutory compliance with authorities such as STPI, Customs, GHMC, and Labour departments for: Import shipment clearance License registrations and renewals Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports Who We Are Looking For Basic Qualifications: Graduate degree (any discipline) with 4-5 years of experience in: Administration Contract & Vendor Management Statutory Affairs Reports Management (preferably in IT/ITES sector) Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking Preferred Qualifications: Post-graduation in Management or relevant certifications Note: We encourage candidates looking to restart their careers after a break to apply.
