Manage the facility management activities like housekeeping, security, building coordination, repairs and maintenance, pantry, reception, courier, Responsible for effective administration of cafeteria management, transportation and travel. Should be proficient in the booking of domestic and international flights, and also in hotel reservations. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, project budgeting, paperwork, and ensuring the required materials are delivered to the worksite. Prepare invoices and purchase orders, maintain detailed records of inventory, order new supplies and equipment when necessary. Developing a budget with the finance department. Find vendors and suppliers that suit the budget. Monitor and follow-up on administrative procedures. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management. Extend support for business travels for executives and guests. Maintain the inventory of printing and stationery related items. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Oversee the daily attendance and create daily attendance report for the location. Responsible and part for employee engagement E.g., client visit, get-together, annual functions, welfare activities, etc Required Candidate profile Any Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in General administration works.
