Role & responsibilities The role is categorised mainly into following main areas : Front desk duties: Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Manage the team of housekeeping & delivery boys Administrative duties : Handle daily office administrative requests and queries appropriately Support for internal staff welfare events To stock & monitor office supplies Preparing all necessary official letters & documents Oversee office cleanliness Document control: To develop an efficient documentation & filing system by orderly recording and keeping of physical and electronic documents Distributing new documents and discarding obsolete records Keep records and logs of document retrievals, updates, distributions and removals Categorise, file and retrieve documents using specific classification and organisation systems Minimum Qualifications / Mandatory Requirements : Bachelor degree in any field OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar profile Good knowledge of letter drafting and reporting using Computer Basic knowledge of computer to work on our Technical tools for daily office operations Exemplary planning, organisational, coordination and time management skills Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload Flexible, calm, cheerful,alert, proactive, enthusiastic, loyal personality
