Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Develop and implement a detailed SOP for maintenance, covering items such as washrooms, carpets, and lights. Implement a scheduling system for routine maintenance tasks for each store and head office. Upkeep and maintenance of the offices, factories, stores Identify, assess, and source external agencies/vendors for security, housekeeping, and related services. Maintain vendor databases for security, housekeeping, and other services, ensuring cost-effective contracts and agreements. Manage housekeeping staff (team of 4) to ensure the cleanliness of the office premises. Supervise security personnel (1) and conduct security audits. Coordinate and track the housekeeping material and ensure proper stock. Ensure expenses are properly documented. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure. Manage and block meeting/conference rooms, ensuring optimal space utilization. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, trains, and accommodation for outstation employees. Ensure timely processing of travel-related documentation and tickets. Handle food and accommodation arrangements for outstation employees.
