Job Opening: Administration Officer Key Responsibilities: Office Supplies & Equipment Management: Oversee ordering, restocking, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Event Coordination: Plan and manage events, meetings, and conferences efficiently. Pantry Management: Maintain pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock levels. Material Handling: Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials. Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation. Office Equipment Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment such as air conditioners, fans, and other essential devices. Quotations & Follow-ups: Obtain quotations for maintenance or procurement needs and follow up as required. Help to Hr Dept For Various HR Activities .
