Working model: OnsiteLocation: SionDays &Timings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PMTuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PMBudget: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthExperience: 3+ years Role Overview: We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations, client interactions, and handle daily administrative tasks. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and will serve as the first point of contact for the institute. Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations including answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries.Follow up with clients and assist in appointment scheduling.Convert incoming leads/inquiries into appointments and ensure client satisfaction.Maintain records using computer systems and institute-specific software.Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide relevant information.Coordinate between departments and maintain smooth communication.Handle administrative tasks and ensure the reception area is organized and professional. Key Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Prior experience (3-4 years) in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or clinic setups.Proficiency in handling computers, emails, and scheduling software.Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient-centric approach.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
