Job Description

Elevate is recruiting for Administrator role in our Information Technology team to support in Hardware Selection, Operating System and Software Installation, Configuration and Security, Inventory Management, Testing and Validation . This approach ensures that the computer is optimized for secure, well-documented engineering applications, providing a solid foundation for an entry-level engineer s tasks. Specifically, the Administrator Analyst will Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Resolve hardware issues through physical repair or component replacement. Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and other hardware in compliance with organizational standards. Prepare and deploy system images, ensuring all necessary software and updates are installed before distribution. Track and manage hardware inventory, including warranty and support contracts, ensuring sufficient stock for repairs or replacements. Provide end-user support for hardware-related issues and work closely with users to resolve technical challenges efficiently. Maintain records of repairs, hardware replacements, and other maintenance activities. Document procedures and troubleshoot common issues. Ensure hardware and systems are aligned with organizational security standards, particularly regarding secure data erasure and compliance. Skills for Success Familiarity with laptop and desktop hardware components and experience in replacement of parts (RAM, SSD, CPUs, motherboards, etc.). Basic understanding of OS installation (Windows, MacOS, Linux preferred). Knowledge of computer imaging and disk cloning software. Basic network knowledge (e.g., LAN, Wi-Fi configuration, basic troubleshooting). Knowledgeable with and/or experience with non-technical concepts such as ITIL Framework, concepts and implementation of quality controls to ensure compliance, accuracy of work output, etc. Workplace Support - experience in the use of applications, supporting and troubleshooting the following tools/applications such as but not limited to: Windows OS; PC Hardware and Computer Peripheral troubleshooting; Active Directory; Office 365; Network Printer and other Computer peripherals; Share Drives and Folders; BitLocker Encryption. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot under time constraints. Experience 2+ years experience in IT Admin roles in the MNC and corporate sectors. Good communication skills- for user interaction and reporting. Qualifications Any bachelor s degree. A bachelor s degree in a related field is a plus but generally not required for entry-level positions. Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Certified Hardware Technician (CHT). Company Information Elevate is a law company.
