Provide accurate and detailed information about programs, curriculum, and the admission process to prospective students and parents. Counsel students about courses, helping them align their goals with AROSE programs. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment data in CRM tools. Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollment. Organize and participate in admission-related events such as open houses, webinars etc Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs through social media and other channels. Achieve sales and admission targets using inbound and outbound methods. Work closely with academic and administrative teams for a seamless student onboarding experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduates/Postgraduates with 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, outbound sales, inside sales, or admission counselling. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Confidence and ability to build rapport over phone conversations. Comfortable working under target pressure in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to multitask, manage records efficiently, and provide student-focused solutions. Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus. Working Mode & Schedule: Work from Office 6 Days a Week (Saturdays working, one week off on a weekday) Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM How to Apply?
