Job Title: Admission Counsellor – EdTech Location: Thane, Maharashtra Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Education: Bachelors Degree Salary: ₹35000 to ₹45000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Admission Counsellor to join our EdTech team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about our programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customercentric approach, and the ability to meet enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Management Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and walkin inquiries to counsel prospective students about our educational programs Counseling Understand the academic goals of students and recommend suitable courses Followups Maintain regular followups with potential students to ensure conversion Enrollment Guide students through the enrollment process including documentation and fee submission CRM Management Update and maintain student records in the CRM system Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align student expectations with program offerings Required Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in any discipline Experience 1 to 3 years in admission counseling sales or telecalling preferably in the EdTech sector Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi proficiency in Marathi is a plus Sales Acumen Strong persuasive skills with a customerfocused approach Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools Interpersonal Skills Ability to build rapport with students and parents and work collaboratively with team members Benefits Incentives Attractive performancebased incentives Professional Development Opportunities for training and career advancement Work Environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
