Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and chat to guide them through our offerings. Counseling: Help candidates understand course benefits and career prospects, and assist them in making informed decisions. Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads and nurture them through the entire sales funnel. Conversion: Work toward achieving conversion targets by delivering compelling and personalized counseling. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of conversations and update lead status in the CRM system. Who Can Apply? Fresh graduates or final-year students (available full-time) from any discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good listener with empathy and confidence in phone conversations. Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
