Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Admission Counsellor to join our team at Mentor Language Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about our foreign language programs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Student Counselling: Engage with prospective students via calls or in-person meetings to understand their needs and career goals. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, admission processes, and career opportunities associated with learning foreign languages. 2. Admissions Assistance: Guide applicants through the admission process, including application submission and fee payment. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure a high conversion rate. 3. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to align admission efforts with institutional goals. Address student concerns and ensure their smooth transition into the learning environment. Key Attributes: Excellent Communications skills Empathy and patience in addressing student queries. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and presentation.
