We focus on practical learning and real career outcomes, helping students build successful futures.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a smart, energetic, and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. Your role will involve guiding prospective students, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth admissions — while achieving monthly enrollment targets.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online course inquiries.Counsel students about course details, career benefits, and admission processes.Follow up with leads regularly for conversions.Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.Coordinate with internal teams for demo sessions or student onboarding.Achieve monthly admission targets.EligibilityBachelor’s degree in any stream.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).Freshers are welcome; experience in counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus.Salary & PerksFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)Incentives: Attractive monthly performance-based incentivesPerks:Team outings and performance-based tripsCareer growth opportunitiesTraining in digital tools and communicationFriendly and growth-focused work environment Send your resume hr@talentforgeacademy.com
