Job Title: Admission Counselor Location: Mumbai Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in Counseling, Sales, or Education sector Education: Graduation is mandatory Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admission Counselor to support our enrollment process for UG/PG programs. This role involves face-to-face counseling, guiding students through course selection and admission, and meeting enrollment goals. Responsibilities: Engage with walk-ins and inquiries to convert leads into admissions Meet weekly/monthly admission targets set for the center Organize and participate in student outreach programs including school visits and community events Handle end-to-end admission formalities including documentation, onboarding, and batch scheduling Maintain updated and accurate student records and reports Desired Skills: Strong communication and convincing abilities Proven sales or counseling track record Ability to build rapport with students and guardians Preference for candidates from EdTech, BFSI, Pharma, or Insurance backgrounds Looking to build a career in sales or education counseling?
