Our locations include Calicut, Perinthalmanna, Palakkad, and Kochi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Admission Counselor role located in Kozhikode at Softroniics. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for assisting prospective students in their course selection, providing information about the institute and its offerings, conducting admissions interviews, and supporting students through the enrollment process. Qualifications Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in Sales or EducationAbility to engage with prospective students and address their queriesExcellent organization and time management skillsExperience in a similar role or education counseling is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
