Location: Bandra, Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 years Gender Preference: Female candidates only Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Description We are seeking a motivated and articulate Female Admission Counselor to join our admissions team in Bandra, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective students and their families. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students (and parents) about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career options. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, converting them into admissions. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Support students with application and documentation processes. Meet monthly admission targets through consistent follow-ups and counseling sessions. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Represent the institution at educational fairs and other promotional events when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Marketing preferred). 2–3 years of experience in student counseling or education sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Friendly, professional, and presentable demeanor. Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
