Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Admission Counsellors/Sr. Admission Counsellors to join our teams in Delhi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with detailed information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience. Key Responsibilities: 1.Student Guidance: Counsel prospective students regarding various courses offered by Tribhuvan College Nalanda University Centre, Neemrana. Provide detailed and accurate information about program content, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career prospects. Assist students in selecting the right courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals. 2.Admissions Process: Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment. Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and their families. Assist students with application forms, documentation, and other admission requirements. 3.Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure timely processing of applications. Maintain a database of prospective students and track their progress through the admissions funnel. Address any queries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 4.Events and Outreach: Participate in and organize admissions events, open houses, webinars, and school/college fairs. 5.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and academic teams to align admissions strategies with marketing campaigns. 6.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain records and reports of student inquiries, applications, and enrolments. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 3+years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a related field, preferably within the education sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
