Responsibilities & Duties Proactively engage with assigned leads and initiate timely contact using the auto-dialer system. Qualify leads by understanding their interests, needs, and eligibility for our programs. Build strong rapport and establish credibility and trust through effective communication and active listening. Coordinate between leads and Admission Counsellors to ensure smooth scheduling and a seamless enrollment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Basic Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales (experience in the Study Abroad domain is an added advantage). Minimum qualification: Graduate . Comfortable working a 6-day work week . Currently working as an individual contributor . Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the current role. Key Skills Excellent verbal communication skills , with fluency in English. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve sales targets . Strong active listening abilities, with a focus on building trust, empathy, and positive learner engagement. Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic CRM system usage for tracking and reporting
