Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Admissions & Enrollment: - Manage inquiries from prospective parents, providing information about the preschool’s curriculum, activities, and values. - Guide parents through the admission process, ensuring smooth onboarding. - Maintain enrollment records and coordinate admission-related documentation. **Marketing & Outreach:** - Promote the preschool through digital and offline marketing strategies, including social media, events, and partnerships. - Develop engaging promotional materials, advertisements, and outreach campaigns. - Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations for brand visibility. **Parent Relations & Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing queries and concerns professionally. - Organize orientation sessions, open houses, and parent workshops. - Ensure timely communication through emails, newsletters, WhatsApp updates, and meetings. - Collect and analyze parent feedback to improve experiences. **General Administration:** - Collaborate with the preschool management team to enhance operations. - Track enrollment trends and suggest strategies for increasing admissions. - Coordinate event planning and parent engagement activities. **Experience & Qualifications: ✔ **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Early Childhood Education (preferred). ✔ **Experience**: 2–5 years in admissions, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in the education sector. ✔ **Skills Required**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Marketing knowledge, including social media and outreach strategies. - Organizational skills to manage admissions and parent interactions efficiently. - Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff. - Creative problem-solving skills for engagement and retention.
