Job type: Contract - Requires maximum 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute complex motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects Develop and animate 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, infographics, and character animations for commercials, presentations, and digital media Edit raw footage and apply advanced color correction/grading techniques Composite elements to enhance visual storytelling in high-budget productions Optimize files for various platforms while maintaining broadcast-quality standards Mentor junior artists and provide technical guidance Collaborate with creative directors to interpret briefs and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines Troubleshoot technical issues related to rendering, plugins, or software Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in motion graphics, and introduce innovative approaches to projects Required Skills Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and visual effects Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects (CC or newer) Strong portfolio demonstrating technically complex and creative motion graphics projects Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills for collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders Experience working on large-scale projects or campaigns Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance Good-to-Have: Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of audio editing basics
