We are ambitious trailblazers, aiming to be an indispensable element in brands media strategy. We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About the role iion seeks a highly analytical and results-oriented Advertiser Campaign Lead to empower advertising partners on our innovative game advertising platform, immersiion. As a key member of the operations team, you will be the authority on data-driven targeting, user journey mapping, attribution, and marketing mix modeling (MMM). You will also lead a team of campaign managers and collaborate closely with data science, AI, and product teams to integrate cutting-edge LLM-powered AI tools into immersiion. This position reports directly to the Head of Advertiser Success. Role Responsibilities: Spearhead full-funnel advertising campaign optimization and measurement, developing and implementing effective strategies. Provide expert guidance and support to ad success and sales teams Lead all measurement initiatives, encompassing online and offline sales/ROI analysis, impression / attribution / conversion tracking/retargeting, attention studies, analysis and interpretation of 1st and 3rd party data, as well as collaboration with other 3rd party product partners (incrementality/MMM etc) Collaborate with data science, AI, and product teams to leverage optimization methodologies and gaming media expertise to enhance AI-powered tools, including automated campaign setup, optimization, benchmarking and reporting Actively participate in shaping product roadmaps in conjunction with DS/AI and Product teams, focusing on expanding immersiions AI-driven optimization capabilities Work closely with the operations team to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in campaign strategy, setup, reporting, and tooling. Gather and communicate customization requirements to the product team Utilize measurement insights to refine audience targeting strategies, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness across audience, attention, and impact pillars, ultimately driving sales growth Manage and mentor a team of campaign managers working across multiple time zones, supporting agencies and brands Role Requirements: A data-driven storyteller who can translate complex information into compelling narratives that inspire action and drive results A versatile and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities 7+ years of experience in Ad operations or AdTech, either at an agency or an AdTech platform, with at least 4 years specifically in programmatic buying platforms (TTD/DV360 etc) and/or OpenRTB/ad exchange environments A collaborative team player who effectively communicates within a global team, readily sharing insights and recommendations Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ad measurement landscape, including key vendors, products, services, and the technical aspects of full-funnel measurement for both branding and performance campaigns Proven expertise in analyzing, interpreting and optimizing key metrics such as impressions, viewability, on-target percentage, brand safety, active/passive attention, brand awareness, consideration, intent, attribution, conversions, sales lift, tune-in, foot-fall etc Strong background in the execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and in an engaging manner Strong leadership skills with values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo
