Junior Architects should have 6 months - 1 years of experience in architectural and/or interior designing/ engineering services, primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participate in the final QA/QC process on international projects.Essential Duties/ Role and ResponsibilitiesDrawing Production:Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owners expectations (Internal and external).Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods.Quality AssuranceAble to follow companys internal SoPs, client specific Revit/ BIM templates and implement Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction documents.Team Working:Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting protocols.Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.Expertise:Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBasic understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures.Basic understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site.Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses.Good written and spoken English is required.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Architecture is mandatory with a minimum 6 months -1 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.

Essential Duties/ Role and ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling:Primarily responsible for development of 3D MEP Models using Revit for the production of As-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation/ Detail Drawing Sets. Coordinating with other members of the Project Team to ensure completeness and accuracy of the model.Quality Assurance Adhere to the internal and clients quality processes while producing and delivering CAD/BIM models, drawings, and documents with limited oversight.Team Working:Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate/ Senior Architects/ Engineers/ Project Managers/ Project Leaders.Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries. Expertise:Advanced knowledge of International Building Construction Systems prevalent in US and ME regions. Proficiency advanced understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Architectural and Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures. Know-how to prepare Electrical services (eg. ELV, LV, Lighting) CD set / detail drawings and as built drawings. Know-how to prepare single line diagram and equipment layouts. Run 3D Design coordination of ASMEP components using Autodesk Revit/ Navisworks and similar tools.Advanced understanding of the architectural and engineering design process both in the office and on site.Ability to employ creative and innovative thought processes. Good written and spoken English is required.Preferred Education and Experience Masters/ Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical or any other specialization in engineering disciplines is preferred with a minimum 6-10 years of experience in AEC industry with matching work experience. Autodesk Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks, HVAC Design tools, Civil 3D, Energy Analysis ToolsExperience in design and documentation of Architectural and Engineering projects - New construction and renovation. Well versed with production of MEP CD set drawings and 2D MEP Coordination drawingsCreating Revit based 3D family and 2D Detail Components using CAD and Revit

We are currently looking for a Junior Architect with 0-3 years of experience in Revit to join our team. Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must. Basic understanding of building design, codes, and construction . Ability to interpret and produce architectural drawings. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills . Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
