Job Title: AEM Developer Job Location: On-Site, India Role Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in AEM. Manage and optimize AEM components and templates. Integrate APIs and third-party services with AEM. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. Contribute to the design and architecture of AEM projects. Utilize version control systems for efficient code management. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers. Maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM development. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Assist in the migration of legacy systems to AEM. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in AEM development. Strong proficiency in Java and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with AEM architecture and framework. Knowledge of CQ5 and AEM best practices. Demonstrated experience in API integration. Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and work on various technologies. Prior experience in a team environment is preferred.
