Role & responsibilities Apply marketing principles and campaign strategies to manage audience segmentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate these into audience segments. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adhere to industry standards for data handling, including PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures. Utilize AEP for segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance or use Adobe Campaign Classic for audience segmentation, audience enrichment, and data handling processes. Preferred candidate profile Experience with Lead nurture workstreams. Experience with data modelling and creation of audience cohorts to optimize reach. Experience with importing audiences or connecting to external systems through APIs (such as Postman). Working knowledge of SQL queries, data segmentation. Experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including use of journeys v/s campaigns, journey orchestration, defining triggers and actions, and working with Custom actions.
