Position Overview: The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s affiliate and collaboration strategies, driving growth, and optimizing performance. You will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing affiliate relationships, with a particular focus on strategic collaborations within the eCommerce sector. This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned professional with a proven track record in scaling affiliate programs and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness in the eCommerce industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing) to align affiliate campaigns with business goals and initiatives. Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify, recruit, and manage high-value affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners. Cultivate relationships with top-tier affiliates and key collaborators to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and campaign terms to ensure optimal performance and ROI. Affiliate Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of the affiliate marketing program, including onboarding affiliates, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns. Implement tools and platforms for tracking affiliate performance and ensuring seamless payment processing. Optimize affiliate content, creative, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Campaign Management & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure goals are met. Perform A/B testing and data-driven analysis to optimize affiliate offers, landing pages, and content for improved results. Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, such as traffic, conversions, and ROI. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, with insights and recommendations for campaign improvements. Analyze trends and competitors in the eCommerce and affiliate marketing space to identify new opportunities and refine strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, social media, and creative teams to ensure the affiliate program is aligned with broader marketing efforts. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure affiliate contracts and payments are managed appropriately. Requirements: Experience: 8-10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce, with a focus on collaborations and partnerships. Proven experience managing and scaling successful affiliate programs in the eCommerce industry. Strong understanding of affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools. Skills: Expertise in negotiation, partnership management, and affiliate marketing strategy. In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing metrics and KPIs, including ROI, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, etc. Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting and analysis tools. Ability to develop and manage budgets and forecast affiliate marketing growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced experience in eCommerce growth and customer acquisition. Strong network of affiliates and influencers within the eCommerce space.
