Location: Mumbai Job Description: Manage ticketing queues New issuance Reissues EMD fulfillment Fare rule interpretation Error reporting Contact airlines and providers for different issues Excellent in problem-solving Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented Good attention to detail Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations) Ability to manage change and work under pressure Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates. Advanced skills in additional GDS, Sabre, and/or Galileo Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
