Entain is looking for Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Lead the end-to-end delivery of agile projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, define sprint goals, and ensure clear understanding of requirements. Track team performance using agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts, and implement strategies to enhance productivity. Drive the adoption of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, tailored to project and organizational needs. Mentor team members and stakeholders on agile principles and delivery practices. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align delivery with strategic objectives and manage risks effectively.
