Role & responsibilities Overseeing and managing "Finishing" stages of a construction project, ensuring high quality standards, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications by supervising the implementation of detailed finishing works like painting, tiling, plastering, and other aesthetic elements, while prioritizing safety and efficiency throughout the process. Project Management: Managing the entire finishing phase of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Enforcing strict quality standards on all finishing works, inspecting materials and workmanship to meet project specifications. Material Management: Monitoring and managing the inventory of finishing materials to avoid delays and minimize waste. Safety Compliance : Ensuring all finishing works are carried out with strict safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations. Closely supervising the execution of intricate finishing details like trim work, molding, and custom features. Technical Expertise: Possessing in-depth knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices. Labor Management : Overseeing and supervising the finishing workforce, ensuring efficient productivity and proper task allocation. Problem-solving : Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the finishing phase, including quality concerns or scheduling conflicts. Preferred candidate profile 1. BE/B.Tech (Civil) with 15-18 yrs of experience of Finishing role in High rise residential projects. 2. Should have experience in handing MIVAN (Aluminum Formwork) project.
