Role & responsibilities To act as the primary point of contact for digital performance media agencies and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship management and alignment with business objectives To collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable outputs, driving seamless execution and outcomes.To manage the AOP for a portfolio of products including target setting, budget management, campaign strategy and media planning To plan, implement and manage Media Campaigns across a portfolio of products, with thorough understanding of web, mobile, SEO/ SEM, social media, display advertising, digital ATL, emails, affiliates, database and digital PR To conduct website UX audits with agency partners to improve user journeys, and website content and thereby improve user engagement To be responsible for building the brand online for the organization and relevant projects, including the management of Social Media and ORM for KL and relevant projects To enhance digital experience for luxury portfolio by unifying customer experience and communication across all touchpoints and with the help of appropriate technology To identify and drive strategic partnerships across prevalent and emerging media channels and technology To identify, experiment with and evaluate innovative and emerging approaches in digital marketing through understanding of hypothesis testing, A/B testing and analytics To measure, monitor and report on performance, trends and insights across digital campaigns and channels, with strong analytical ability to understand ROI optimization To drive primary and secondary research on clients, competition and industry To be responsible for processes and compliance across areas of operation To develop, manage and maintain websites (including SEO) and other digital assets Preferred candidate profile Have spent considerable time of career in marketing for real estate and/or luxury project brands Strong understanding of data analytics with proficiency in advanced Excel is mandatory Proficient in website management platforms such as CMS, google analytics, etc. Strong knowledge of website user journeys and web analytics Managerial skills Marketing Execution & Monitoring Digital Marketing and Media Budgeting and ROI Strategic and analytical thinking Creative Thinking Experience in marketing automation technologies will be an added advantage
