Brand Name- Bhutani Infra Industry- Real Estate Experience- Minimum 15 Years Location- Sec-90, Noida Position Name: AGM- Facade Engineer Job Type- Permanent 6 Working days- Monday to Saturday AGM- Façade Engineer The Facade Engineer would be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of building facades. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a thorough understanding of materials and engineering principles. The engineer will work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to deliver high-quality facade solutions. Responsibilities • Design and analyze building facades and exterior systems. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure project success. • Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings and specifications. • Conduct material and structural analyses to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. • Supervise and inspect facade installation processes on-site. • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during all project phases. • Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate innovative technologies and materials. Qualifications: · Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering , Civil Engineering or similar degree. · Minimum 15 years of experience in an engineering background. · Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. · Excellent understanding of sketching skills and understanding of facade systems. · Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and Revit. · Good knowledge of materials science, structural analysis. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
