This role combines high-level leadership with hands-on engineering oversight, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution. Key responsibilities include leading engineering excellence across international sites by applying lean principles, standardizing processes, integrating advanced manufacturing technologies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role will also oversee the design and execution of efficient workflows, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to meet production goals and deliver operational excellence.
