AGM- Quality Control

Job Description

The AGM - Quality Control is responsible for ensuring the highest construction quality standards in high-rise residential tower projects. This role involves implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Candidates with experience in high-rise residential towers are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and nearby areas who are willing to travel to the site. The applicant must have a proven track record of successfully completing high-rise residential towers as a Quality Specialist. CTC is not a constraint for a right candidate. Quality Assurance & Compliance Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans. Ensure all construction activities comply with IS codes, NBC, RERA, and other relevant building standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of materials and workmanship. Implement and maintain ISO standards, Six Sigma, and other quality frameworks. Materials & Workmanship Inspection Approve raw materials, concrete mix designs, and other critical construction materials. Conduct lab and field testing for concrete, steel, and other materials. Identify and rectify non-conformance (NCR) issues in workmanship and materials. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to maintain quality. Train site engineers and contractors on quality control best practices. Prepare quality reports, deviation reports, and root cause analysis for management review. Safety & Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to safety standards on-site. Conduct audits and quality risk assessments for early issue identification. Process Improvement Implement Lean Construction and Continuous Improvement techniques. Optimize workflows to reduce rework and material wastage. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field (MTech preferred). Experience: 12+ years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in high-rise residential projects. Certifications: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant QC certifications preferred.
