Handle & set up lab scale reactions as per instructions of GM, R&D & design for reactions transferred from R&D to pilot plant & manufacturing All lab activity includes R&D projects, synthesis & characterization of products made in lab & pilot plant Required Candidate profile * Oversee pilot plant operations & Face internal & external audit * Assist with filling out & maintaining paperwork related to R&D * Knowledge of Organic/Polymer chemistry, reaction design & synthesis
