Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Mohali, Punjab Industry: Real Estate – Residential Projects Reporting To: General Manager / Head – Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 5-10 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGM – Sales to lead and manage sales operations for our residential projects in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in the region, particularly in residential developments. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve project-specific and overall company targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Executives. Drive performance through effective training, motivation, and monitoring of KPIs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Lead Management & Conversion: Oversee the lead generation process, both digital and on-ground. Ensure timely follow-up and maximize lead conversion ratios. Channel Partner Engagement: Develop and manage a network of real estate agents and channel partners. Conduct regular training and engagement programs for channel partners. Project Presentation & Site Visits: Oversee the entire customer journey including site visits, negotiation, documentation, and closure. Ensure project USPs and features are effectively communicated to potential clients. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 05 years of experience in residential real estate sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
