Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven AGM - Sales & Segment Area Head to drive sales and market penetration for our Premium Alkaline Water in boxed packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG/Beverage sales, strategic account management, and regional business expansion. This role will involve developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue for premium alkaline boxed water in the assigned region. Market Development: Identify and expand new sales channels, including modern trade, general trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and institutional sales. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and regional targets. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. Revenue & Profitability: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and execute action plans to maximise sales and profitability. Brand Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, consumer awareness, and product positioning. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to senior management. Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective counterstrategies. Compliance & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 15+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, Beverage, or Packaged Water industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Strong network and relationships within retail, HoReCa, and distribution channels. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
