Manpower planning and recruitment of workman. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that enhance skills and competencies. Having strong knowledge of Labour compliances, Factory Law. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labour and contractors. Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required. Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Handle all admin activities in the plant. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of HR experience in manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
