Job Description

Drawing deliverable- Tracking of project progress for timely drawing deliveries through weekly co-ordination meetings and pre-construction meetings. Design co-ordination: Guiding team for Effective coordination with Consultants from concept approval to design development - Well defined specifications - Accuracy of drawings details & cross coordination with services. - Coordination with Consultants/Vendors - Standardization of details and creation of library of standard details. Site Assistance Validation of GFC vs Execution , Supporting site for resolving site issues, weekly meeting for drawing deliveries Inter department co-ordintion: Effective coordination with peer departments (sales, CRM, Marketing, B&C, etc) for Project Data Value engineering- Design stage VE by co-ordination with consultants and internal team , minimize design wastage , product upgradation Learning and Development - Prepare learning sheet and applying learning from old projects
