Description of Job: Experience required in construction and overall project of Hospitals Co-ordination with Various Consultant, Architect, Contractors & others agencies and users for freezing requirements. Development of vendors for various products from a quality aspect point of view. Identification of new product for building applications. Controlling of the Project cost for civil, furniture, MEP & allied works. Overall Project coordination and management for timely completion within the budgeted cost. Verification and Certification of the Bills. To emphasis on adherence of safety norms during execution of project. Timely execution of the Project. Up gradation & modification of existing facilities to meet users requirements. Tender Preparation of all utilities, engineering services, technical evaluation of all the vendor and appointment of agencies.
