Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of robotics and automation!Location: Chakan, PuneDesignation: Sales Engineer - Territory ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Engineer to drive lead generation and sales growth within the Pune region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline and converting leads into successful client partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other sources.Outreach & Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, in-person visits, and presentations.Sales Funnel Management: Qualify leads, understand client needs, and work towards closing sales in collaboration with internal teams.Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.At least 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or engineering sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for consultative selling.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to work in a startup environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.What We Offer:An opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing robotics sector.Collaborative and innovative workplace culture.Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Learning and development opportunities to enhance your career growth.
