Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Agronomist for a full-time position located in Bhopal. This role involves supporting our agricultural solutions with a focus on research and development. The ideal candidate will use state-of-the-art technologies to enhance productivity and ensure sustainable agriculture. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in crop modeling software is essential for simulating and predicting crop growth and yield under various conditions (Mandatory skill).Experience with integrated pest management is crucial for developing sustainable agriculture practices (Mandatory skill).Knowledge of precision agriculture technologies is important for improving farming efficiency and productivity.Ability to utilize GIS software for spatial analysis and mapping to optimize agriculture field layouts.Skilled in soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and recommend necessary amendments.Data analysis skills using R or Python to manage and interpret large datasets for actionable insights.Experience with remote sensing technologies to monitor crop health and detect potential issues early.Understanding of plant breeding techniques to support the development of high-yield crop varieties.
