Requirements Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agriculture or a related field. A keen interest in sustainable agriculture practices, particularly Hydroponics. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
