Principle Accountabilities:Develop Key Accounts in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.Use field data for the assigned market to identify brand/pack gaps in the territoryDesign and implement local Sales promotion scheme.Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team.Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on a daily basis.Compiling and analyzing the sales figures on a regular basis. Skills & Knowledge Required:Sales through Dealer & Distributor Sales NetworkInstitutional SalesProduct Awareness Cooking Pastes, Marinates, Base Gravies, & Culinary SaucesPreferred candidate profile : 10-12 yrs of Experience in handling sales of RTE/RTC/Food Products in South IndiaShould have handled Institutional Customers like supplies to HORECA, QSR, Private Label Companies, etc.Candidates from Processed Food Products / FMCG industry would be preferred.
