Job Description

AI Developer Responsibilities: Develop conversational AI application, utilizing platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar, for diverse applications such as customer support, chatbots, and virtual assistants. Integrate trained language models seamlessly with existing systems and communication channels, including web and messaging platforms. Build and deploy machine learning models to analyze historical data for predictions, forecasting, and classification tasks to support business decision-making. Implement AI-driven document management solutions, leveraging OCR for text extraction, document classification, tagging, and intelligent search. Integrate trained AI/ML models seamlessly into frontend and backend applications, ensuring smooth interaction with existing systems and APIs. Design and implement data pipelines to process, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI model training. Develop, test, and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency in real-world applications. Conduct thorough testing and optimization of AI solution to elevate performance, accuracy, and user experience. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI, and related technologies. Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript with experience in AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers. Experience of practical use of AI/ML/NLP techniques including text analysis, sentiment analysis, language translation, and chatbots. NLP algorithm implementation is not expected. Knowledge of Document AI technologies (e.g., AI OCR, Text extraction, unstructured to structured data) for document processing. Hands-on experience in machine learning model development, including classification, regression, time-series forecasting, and clustering. Experience with data analytics and statistical modeling to derive insights from structured and unstructured data. Understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. Expertise in API development and integration. Knowledge of database systems and SQL. Non-technical skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for effective teamwork. Adaptability to changing priorities and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in transfer learning techniques and fine-tuning pre-trained language models. Familiarity with deep learning algorithms and neural networks. Proficiency in version control systems Understanding of software engineering principles, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI/ML deployment in any of the cloud platform AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. Experience in developing and deploying chatbot systems using ChatGPT or similar conversational AI frameworks.
