Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with data scientists and developers (internal and external) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models and applications. Work closely with business users / stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Document AI processes and create reports to communicate findings and progress to the team and management. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies, and recommend their applications where appropriate. Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve business challenges. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role. Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Python, R, Java Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or Keras. Familiarity with data processing and visualization tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team. Engaging personality and ability to build trust relationships. 2+ years of directly relevant experience. Nice to haves: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP). Previous experience in deploying AI models in production environments. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience working with ERP systems and accounting-based use cases. Experience working within the real estate and/or construction sectors. Knowledge of best practices in solution design and solution architecture.
